Role: Analyst Developer

Role: Team Lead
I oversee the RPA team and ensure high‑quality technical delivery. I also partner with the Project Manager to shape the project plan, aligning scope, timelines, and resourcing so the team can deliver reliably and adapt quickly to change.

Partner with process owners to apply re‑engineering strategies for end‑to‑end streamlining.
Run regular code reviews and framework assessments to uphold best practices.
Create a comprehensive documentation system and lead the final proof review.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to the team.
